Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a full charge of scheduled services to you as the client.  Due to the nature of our business, your appointment time is held specific for you and your service.  We do make several attempts to confirm appointment times with clients 48 hours prior to the appointment(s).  Let's all value each other's time!
